The views from our apartment were magnificent and the property had fantastic amenities. We would highly recommend The Waterford to anyone wanting a self contained apartment centrally located on the Gold Coast. We will be back.”

“The Sheraton was wonderful, I loved the layout, walking over water to get to various places, such as pool, beach or dinning. The gym for me was amazing, equipment modern and looked brand new. We had a small issue with our shower pressure 3 days in, this was attended to very promptly and we were given cards to another room in case we wanted to shower. The food was impressive, we shared a seafood tower. My husband says the best seafood tower he has eaten. We will be back next year.”

“The check-in process after hours needs to be improved. We were locked out and the after hours wall phone in between the two automatic doors was dead. All of the light switches gave substantial electric shocks to my wife and I. Overall the unit is showing every part of its 50+ year age, including the bedroom doorknob that came off while attempting to use the bathroom in the middle of the night (along with most towel rails etc loose). Bedroom fan very noisey, keeping us up through the night....

“We loved our overnight stay at La Costa, wish we could of stayed longer. Bit out of the action but they have bikes to use for free so can get around faster. Loved the basket of goodies for breaky and snacks.”

“Fully renovated rooms above the bar and bistro in the centre of town. Parking at rear could be a problem but we snared the last spot at the time on arrival. Staff were most helpful and changed our allicated riom to the rear and not above the bar. Most appreciated. Good use of space in rooms with kitchenette facilities including stovetop hotplates but no utensils for their use. Good ensuite space. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great bar and bistro downstairs for an easy relaxing evening.”

“Favourite holiday spot. Staff were excellent this trip as my husband had a heart operation and staff were very mindful and assisted us move our luggage etc Unlike the big Mantra hotel on the border of NSW and QLD. Love Kingscliff! We’ll be back and share with everyone we know ”
