“Staying at the Dorchester on the Beach was an excellent choice for our three night family getaway. The location was amazing - looking straight out across the ocean we could see and hear the ocean from both balconies. Three roomy bedrooms and three toilets and bathrooms were most appreciated. Kitchen had everything we needed and more and the laundry was clean with a new front loading washer and dryer. Even though the reception was rarely open, the after hours check in was seamless and...

“We couldn't have been happier with our place. It had a very well appointed kitchen and the furniture was very comfortable to take in the most amazing view. The building is right on the beach and just a short walk to the eateries in Surfers Paradise. Would definately recommend.”

“The Waterford location is amazing, there are not too many apartments where you can see whales from your balcony! There are plenty of great dining options nearby on Tedder Avenue, plus the tram is also very close, so we didn't need to hire a car. The room was spacious, and pool was amazing. ”

“An amazing property with the best location in Surfers a small complex which means minimal people in the pool and using the facilities. Stunning views in the beachfront apartment we stayed in. Close to surfers but not too busy, located opposite a patrolled flagged section of the beach. The property managers were extremely helpful, we can’t wait to stay there again!!”
